i finded the location excellent. the private beach felt very beautiful and very well maintained. the landscape was special. the breakfast selection was good and offers enough choices.

the cleanliness could be improved. the shower felt very bad and was unpleasant. the room looked quite old and i found it not very clean. some maintenace issue affected my room.

The staff were very attentive to all requests.

The room smelled strongly of mildew for the entire stay. The air conditioning barely worked and didn't cool the room properly. the outdated furniture looked worn and cheap.

i stayed in a beautiful king room balcony lagoon view. the buffet offered a good selection of vegetarian items, which i appreciated. also, the staff was attentive AND friendly, which really enhanced my experience.

The floors in the garage were slippery when wet. It seemed a bit hazardous, to be honest

I found the beach access wonderful. the activities team offered a cocktail class and salsa dance. i appreciated the extra security patrolling the hotel. I felt safe at all times. i will consider a return visit.

Service at the bar by the pool was slow. i waited about ten minutes for two cans as the barmaid sorted bills. the breakfast was expensive. It was the most expensive omelette i have ever had.
